Wanders my little rivult. I like                                        我小小的河漫流著。我喜愛她
Her more than those mad singers who passed by,  遠甚那些過路的狂歌者，
And following her shaded shores I'll rest                   所以沿她蔭綠的岸走，我將
Where she within the cherry orchard sings               憩止於櫻桃園中她歌唱的所在
Forever in the bulrush beds about                                 一逕蘆葦床上她歌唱自己
Herself to herself,sweet egotist.                                      給自己聽，美麗的自我中心。
